For a brief moment yesterday morning, it almost seemed like spring in Seattle. A lot of people were enjoying of it by walking in the various parks around town. Unfortunately, the rain had returned by evening.

It’s cold, windy and snowing again here in Seattle. The snow barely counts as snow, but it still serves the purpose of making it cold and miserable out there. Where is July when you need it?
